2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
You (the writer) retain 100% of the copyright, intellectual property, and ownership rights to any screenplay, treatment, or pitch document submitted to us. Pro Screenplay™ claims no ownership or rights over your work.
All submitted materials are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Scripts are only shared with your specifically assigned consultant for the sole purpose of providing coverage.
The consultants operate as independent contractors. Every consultant is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to reading your work.
3. Terms of Sale & Consumer Rights
By purchasing a service from Pro Screenplay™, you agree to the following terms:
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (ÂŁ) or USD ($) depending on your IP address. Prices include VAT. Payment must be made in full before script coverage begins.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Because our services are often delivered rapidly, you agree that your script coverage and / or video consultancy begins when you confirm via email that you want the work to start. You acknowledge and agree that once the coverage report has been delivered, you lose your right to cancel and claim a refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your service or believe the coverage did not meet the tier specifications, please contact us at info@proscreenplay.com so we can address your concerns.
4. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)
We are committed to protecting your personal data.
We collect your name, email address, and screenplay document solely for the purpose of communicating with you and delivering our consultancy services.
Your data and scripts are stored securely. Scripts are permanently deleted from our active systems within 60 days after your coverage has been returned to you, unless you request otherwise.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or request its immediate deletion.
This website strictly uses essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. 5. Testimonials
In compliance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, we confirm that all reviews and testimonials displayed on Pro Screenplay™ are from genuine, verified clients who have used our consultancy services.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Pro Screenplay™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any service request or script submission at any time, with or without prior notice. Grounds for refusal include, but are not limited to:
- Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, unlawful acts, or extreme/gratuitous violence.
- Potential conflicts of interest or intellectual property disputes.
- Scripts that show the likely use of AI.
If a script submission is declined after payment has been processed, you will be notified via email within 3 business days, and a full 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
